Wanwang Tarts House 旺旺饼之家 Melaka Today: New Baking Class, Cartoon Cookies 新课程, 卡通饼干

旺旺饼之家开班教学饼干一年多都是以黄梨饼“金枕头”和小熊饼干为主，由于很多顾客询问关于卡通饼干的教学课程，旺旺饼之家决定即将办卡通饼干的教学课程，一来能让大家有更多的教学课程选择，也能透过这次的课程，在家亲手做出不同图案的饼干。

Wanwang Tarts House has been giving making pineapple tars class and making cookies class for learners. Since there are so much learners asking about the handmade cartoon cookies class, we decided to open a new class - making cartoon cookies class. Learners can do cartoon cookies by themselves through this baking class and also give them more choices to choose the classes package.

卡通饼干的步骤比黄梨饼和小熊饼干复杂，面团要滚平得均匀，厚度也要拿捏得刚好，面团太薄，烘烤后的饼干会很容易破碎。相反地，要是每一片饼干的厚度都不同，会影响每一片饼干烘烤后的熟度也不一样。面团的湿度也要特别注意，太干或太湿都会影响饼干的制作过程。

The steps of baking cartoon cookies isn't easy as well as baking pineapple tarts. Roll the dough evenly, it will affect the taste of cookies if the dough is too thick or too thin.

面团滚平均匀后，用模型轻轻地印在饼皮上，然后用可可粒点缀在卡通的脸上就能完成了。饼干的图案包括小叮当，Hello Kitty和老鼠米奇。

After roll the dough, shapes out the dough by using cookies cutter, then put the chips to make cartoon's eyes and nose. Cartoon cookies including Doraemon, Minnie Mouse and Hello Kitty.
