旺旺饼之家 Wanwang Tarts House (Melaka Today)

黄梨饼是马来西亚的特产之一,它已经有百年的历史,它的口感与台湾的凤梨酥完全不同。黄梨饼最早期是峇峇娘惹族的传统糕饼,是他们每逢过年过节时一定要有的糕点。大部分的峇峇娘惹族都居住在马六甲,因此黄梨饼已被视为马六甲的土产。传统的黄梨饼是太阳花的形状,后来依顾客的要求,渐渐改良才推出奶油层酥皮的黄梨卷。


Pineapple tarts are one of the specialty of Malaysia. It have a history of hundred years and found by Baba and Nyonya. They're used to making pineapple tarts during the festivals. The taste of Malaysia's pineapple tarts are difference from Taiwan's pineapple tarts. Most of Baba and Nyonya are living in Malacca, therefore pineapple tarts have been regarded as local food of Malacca. The shape of typical pineapple tarts are roll with pastry butter layer and the shape of traditional pineapple tarts are like sunflower.


最有历史文化特色的马六甲是许多观光客必到的地方,在众多土产里黄梨饼却是旅客的最爱,尤其是新加坡的游客都会特地来到马六甲买黄梨饼,然后大包小包的带回去送给亲友。如今有很多店家都在售卖黄梨饼,而旺旺饼之家就是其中之一。

Malacca is the most historical and cultural place, so that many tourists like to come for travel. Besides that, most of Singaporean come to Malacca because of the pineapple tarts. Mostly they will buy a lot of pineapple tarts and take away back to own country and give to family and friends. Nowadays, there are many shops are selling pineapple tarts especially Wanwang Tarts House.  


旺旺饼之家是以黄梨卷为主,其次为小熊饼干,马铃薯饼和榴莲糕Dodol等,所有的食品都是纯手工制造,绝对不含防腐剂和不添加人工色素和香料。除了土产之外,旺旺饼之家也出售全马独一无二的手工艺品 Pinoheart 针心意。

Wanwang Tarts House is specialized in pineapple tarts, and other products which are potatoes biscuit, local food dodol, chocolate cookies and so on. They are all in handmade and without any preservatives and additives. In addition, Wanwang Tarts House is selling a unique handicraft Pinoheart.  
在2005年,创办人打破传统概念,将马来西亚的特产黄梨卷引进市场,并把黄梨饼注册为旺旺饼之家的商标。凭着黄梨卷的外表,创办人把黄梨饼取名为“金枕头”。近年来,创办人借着旺旺饼之家获得无数的奖项,他曾用黄梨卷叠成1.83米的吉隆坡塔,因此获得马来西亚纪录大全 Malaysia Book of Records。

In order to expand their production to meet the large demand in the market, founders produce a large quantity of pineapple in year 2005. They had registered the brand name of pineapple tarts as "Golden Pillow" and "Melaka Today" as their own trademark. They also won several awards and received many certificates in recent years. They had applied for Halal certificate so that Malays can enjoy the pineapple tarts with no hesitation. They used the pineapple tarts to make 1.83 meter height of Kuala Lumpur Tower and finally they got the Malaysia Book of Records.
